What if I have pets?We love pets!! We like to keep your pets happy and comfortable, so you may choose to put them up, or leave them out. We do not, however, clean up any messes after your pet for sanitary reasons.

Will the same person clean my house each time?Yes! We think it's important to have the same person clean your home each time, so they can learn your preferences! In certain circumstances, however, a different cleaner may be sent to fill in.

What if I have a specific cleaning product or vacuum I'd like you to use?We bring all supplies and equipment, but if there is something specific you'd like for us to use, we're happy to do so!

How often should I have my home cleaned?We offer regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs. Monthly client's days may vary because of scheduling. Weekly and biweekly clients will have cleanings performed the same day each time.

Do I have to sign a contract?We do not require a contract to be signed. We do ask that you give us a heads up if you decide you no longer need cleaning services.

What if something gets broken or damaged?In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Green Cleaning employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Should I tip my cleaner?Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter.

Do you offer gift certificates?Yes we do! Green Cleaning makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time.

What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Can I hire one of your cleaners directly?Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff. Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of five years from the date that employee last worked for Green Cleaning.

Do I need to be home when the cleaner comes?You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be. Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.
Billing & Pricing
Payments Accepted
Payment is due upon receipt. We accept cash, check, bank transfer or all major credit/debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 24 hours notice before cancellation. In the event of a lock-out, we charge a $25 lock-out fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, we will be happy to come back and clean at no additional cost!
